This 8-day Red Sea liveaboard itinerary combines classic northern wreck dives with southern reef highlights. From the historic wrecks of Abu Nuhas and Thistlegorm to the iconic walls of Little and Big Brother, plus vibrant reefs like Ras Abu Soma and Gota Abu Ramada, this trip offers a diverse diving experience with both day and night dives.
Sample Itinerary
Day 1:
- Check-in from 4:00 PM on Alsuraya Liveaboard
- Welcome briefing, boat orientation & equipment setup
- Dinner on board
- Spend the first night at the marina
Day 2:
- Safety & boat briefing
- 1st dive: Poseidon Reef
- 2nd dive: Abu Nuhas (Giannis D)
- 3rd dive: Abu Nuhas (night dive)
Day 3:
- 1st dive: Abu Nuhas (Chrisoula K. wreck)
- 2nd dive: Abu Nuhas (Carnatic)
- 3rd dive: Thistlegorm
- 4th dive: Thistlegorm (night dive)
Day 4:
- 1st dive: Thistlegorm
- 2nd dive: Shark Yolanda Reef
- 3rd dive: Anemone City
Day 5:
- 1st dive: Little Brother
- 2nd dive: Little Brother
- 3rd dive: Big Brother
Day 6:
- 1st dive: Salem Express wreck
- 2nd dive: Panorama Reef
- 3rd dive: Ras Abu Soma
- 4th dive: Gota Abu Ramada (night dive)
Day 7:

- 2nd dive: Giftun Island

- Check-out latest at 10:00 AM
Expect encounters with sharks, including hammerheads and reef sharks, as well as large schools of tuna, barracuda, and trevallies around Little Brother, Big Brother, and Daedalus-like walls. The northern wrecks and reefs—Abu Nuhas, Thistlegorm, and Poseidon Reef—are teeming with colorful reef fish, turtles, rays, and occasionally dolphins. Night dives reveal fascinating nocturnal creatures and macro life, making for a full spectrum of Red Sea marine biodiversity.
The last dive will be on the penultimate day of the trip. Divers are recommended to wait for 24 hours before flying after the last dive.
