Disclaimer
We wish to show you the best diving possible; however, a number of factors determine which route the Cruise Director and Captain will choose and which dive sites we visit. Weather conditions, tides, currents and the number of other dive vessels at a particular site all play a part in where the boat is heading to. While we attempt to ensure the number of dives we have scheduled is fulfilled, bad weather can hinder the yacht’s ability to reach a specific dive site in our scheduled time. The safety of all on board is paramount and we always do our best to offer diving at alternative sites, should we be unable to visit the sites listed below.
A Typical Day
The diving day has a typical schedule as follows:
● 06:00 Wake-up call
● 06:30 - 07:00 Light breakfast followed by a briefing and Dive 1
● 08:30 Full breakfast, relaxation period
● 10:30 Briefing and Dive 2
● 12:30 Lunch, relaxation period
● 14:30 Briefing and Dive 3
● 16:00 Snack, relaxation period
● 19:00 Dinner
(If we offer a sunset or night-dive, the schedule will be slightly amended.)

Detailed Itinerary
This is a sample itinerary. The itinerary may be altered based on the weather and sea conditions.
Day 1:
Arrival in Ambon & Check Dive in Laha Bay
• Afternoon: Board the vessel in Ambon. Settle in and attend the
crucial safety and expedition briefing.
• Late Afternoon (1 Dive): Begin with a check dive in Laha Bay,
Ambon's world-famous muck diving capital, searching for rare
critters like the Ambon scorpionfish.
• Evening: Welcome dinner as we begin our journey.
Day 2:
Suanggi - The Hammerhead Quest
• Full Day (3 Dives): Arrive at the submerged volcano of Suanggi. Spend
the day conducting multiple dives at this premier site, searching for
schooling hammerhead sharks, eagle rays, and dogtooth tuna in the
deep blue waters.
Day 3:
Manuk Island - Volcanoes & Sea Snakes
Full Day (3-4 Dives): Dive the slopes of the active Manuk Island. Experience
unique geothermal vents on the seafloor and be surrounded by curious
banded sea snakes amidst stunning soft coral landscapes.
Day 4:
Banda Islands - History & Coral Cathedrals
• Morning (2 Dives): Dive iconic Banda sites like Batu Kapal, a stunning
pinnacle attracting pelagics.
• Afternoon: Guided land excursion on Banda Neira, including a trek to Fort
Belgica and a visit to a nutmeg plantation.
• Late Afternoon (1 Dive): A final dive in the Bandas.
Day 5:
Pulau Hatta - The Pristine Atoll
• Full Day (3-4 Dives): Explore the remote atoll of Pulau Hatta. Immerse
yourself in spectacularly healthy reefs, dramatic walls, and crystal-clear
waters teeming with reef sharks and fish.
Day 6:
Crossing the Banda Sea & Dive in Misool
Day 7:
Misool - The Southern Magic
• Full Day (4 Dives): Dive into the stunning reefs of Southern Raja Ampat.
Explore sites like Boo Window, Whale Rock, and Magic Mountain,
known for their dramatic structures, vibrant soft corals, and rich marine
life.
• Land Excursion: Visit the famous Jellyfish Lake for a surreal snorkeling
experience.
Day 8:
Misool - Farondi's Caves & Lagoons
• Full Day (3 Dives): Explore the mystical Farondi area, diving caves
with ancient rock art and walls covered in colorful tunicates and soft
corals.
Day 9:
Central Raja Ampat - Piaynemo & Fam Islands
• Morning (2 Dives): Dive the beautiful reefs of the Fam Islands
or Piaynemo area.
• Afternoon: Trek to the Piaynemo viewpoint for the iconic
panoramic vista.
• Late Afternoon (1 Dive): An evening dive to conclude the day.
Day 10:
Dampier Strait - Yangefo's Seamounts
• Full Day (4 Dives): Experience the world-famous seamounts of
Yangefo. Dive Melissa's Garden and Mayhem for a sensory
overload of color, fish schools, and wobbegong sharks.
Day 11:
Dampier Strait - Manta Magic
• Full Day (4 Dives): Dedicate the day to Manta Rays. Conduct multiple
dives at Manta Sandy and Manta Ridge for incredible encounters with
these gentle giants.
Day 12:
Dampier Strait - The Grand Finale & Beach BBQ
• Morning (2 Dives): Conclude your diving at the legendary Cape Kri for a
record-breaking fish count finale.
• Beach BBQ on a secluded sandbar for a perfect farewell celebration.
• Evening: Bill Settlement with Cruise Director after dinner
Day 13:
Disembarkation in Sorong after breakfast
• Morning: Enjoy a final breakfast on board before disembarking for your
transfer to Sorong Airport (SOQ).
