Program Disclaimer We wish to show you the best diving possible; however, a number of factors determine which route the Cruise Director and Captain will choose and which dive sites we visit. Weather conditions, tides, currents and the number of other dive vessels at a particular site all play a part in where the boat is heading to. While we attempt to ensure the number of dives we have scheduled is fulfilled, bad weather can hinder the yacht’s ability to reach a specific dive site in our scheduled time. The safety of all on board is paramount and we always do our best to offer diving at alternative sites, should we be unable to visit the sites listed below. A Typical Day The diving day has a typical schedule as follows: ● 06:00 Wake-up call ● 06:30 - 07:00 Light breakfast followed by a briefing and Dive 1 ● 08:30 Full breakfast, relaxation period ● 10:30 Briefing and Dive 2 ● 12:30 Lunch, relaxation period ● 14:30 Briefing and Dive 3 ● 16:00 Snack, relaxation period ● 19:00 Dinner (If we offer a sunset or night-dive, the schedule will be slightly amended) Trip Overview Embark on an 8-day liveaboard epic that charts a course from Bali's tropical shores to the wild heart of the Komodo Archipelago. We begin in serene island lagoons, journey past smoldering volcanoes where the ocean itself bubbles with geothermal fire, and dive in the remote haunts of hammerhead sharks. The adventure culminates in the world-renowned currents of Komodo, where you'll drift among massive fish tornadoes and dance with majestic Manta Rays. Discover rare critters on muck dives and explore pristine, remote reefs. Hike to epic viewpoints for breathtaking sunsets over the Komodo archipelago Embarkation: Labuan Bajo, Komodo Airport (LBJ) Disembarkation: Bali, Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) Transfers: Complimentary airport transfers are provided from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) to the vessel, and from the vessel to the Komodo Airport (LBJ). Detailed Itinerary This is a sample itinerary. The itinerary may be altered based on the weather and sea conditions. Day 1: Arrival & Check Dive in Sebayur • Afternoon: Arrive at Labuan Bajo harbor for boarding. After a warm welcome, you'll settle into your cabin, followed by a boat safety briefing and itinerary overview. We then set sail towards Sebayur. • Late Afternoon: Conduct your check dive at a serene site in Sebayur. This gentle dive is perfect for testing your equipment and acclimating to the water. Enjoy vibrant coral gardens teeming with reef fish. • Evening: A delicious welcome dinner under the stars. Day 2: Gili Lawa – The Heart of Komodo’s Currents • Full Day (4 Dives): Dive the world-class currents of Gili Lawa Darat and Laut. Experience adrenaline-pumping drifts at Castle Rock and Crystal Rock, surrounded by massive schools of jackfish, trevally, and patrolling reef sharks. • Late Afternoon: Hike to the summit of Gili Lawa Darat for a breathtaking 360-degree sunset view over the archipelago. Day 3: Gili Banta’s Remote Reefs • Full Day (3-4 Dives): Explore the secluded underwater world of Gili Banta. This remote island offers pristine reefs and dramatic walls. Sites like Manta Banta and Roller Coaster provide high-energy pelagic action with sharks and eagle rays. • Evening: Transition toward the volcanic landscapes of Sangeang. Day 4: Sangeang – The Volcanic Experience • Full Day (4 Dives): Experience the otherworldly diving at Sangeang Island, an active volcano. At sites like Hot Rocks, witness volcanic vents releasing streams of warm bubbles from the seafloor. The mineral-rich black sand fosters unique and vibrant coral formations. • Evening: Enjoy a beach or top-deck BBQ (weather permitting) to celebrate the halfway point of the journey. Day 5: Saleh Bay & Moyo Island’s Giants • Full Day (4 Dives): Dive the rich waters of Saleh Bay, keeping an eye out for resident hammerhead sharks. We also explore the protected reefs of Moyo Island, home to Napoleon wrasse and giant trevallies amidst stunning soft corals. • Evening: Settle in for a serene sunset as we begin the overnight journey toward the West. Day 6: Kramat’s Critters & Kanawa’s Gardens • Morning (2 Dives): Move to Kramat Island, a hotspot for macro life. Search the slopes for flamboyant cuttlefish, ghost pipefish, and rare nudibranchs. • Afternoon (2 Dives): Transition to the idyllic Kanawa Island. Explore stunning coral gardens and crystal-clear bays teeming with turtles and reef sharks. • Evening: Bill settlement with the Cruise Director after dinner. Day 7: Kanawa Final Dives & Return to Bali • Morning (2 Dives): Conclude your diving adventure with two final dives around the sloping reefs of Kanawa. Perfect for shaking off the "nitrogen" and enjoying a last look at healthy, colorful coral life. • Afternoon: Relax on the sun deck as we cruise back toward the busy shores of Bali. • Evening: Final farewell dinner under the stars as we approach the Bali coastline. Day 8: Disembarkation in Bali • Morning: Enjoy one last delicious breakfast on board as the vessel arrives in port. • After Breakfast (approx. 9:00 AM): Disembark at the Bali pier. Transfer to the airport or your hotel for your onward journey.
