The Ternate-Bitung cruise crosses East to West about a quarter of Indonesia. Leaving from Ternate, we will dive all the west and southwest of Halmahera. After a first day close to the volcanic islands of Ternate, Tidore, and Mare, we reach the Group of islands of Goraici, then the North of Patientie strait, (Kusu and Saleh islands ). We generally go to the South of the strait (Pigajara island) Bacan South and West, then go back North between the island. After another day in Goraici, we cross West to the island of Tifore for one day of diving. We have the last day of diving in Lembeh Strait. The cruise ends in Bitung.

Barracudas, surgeonfishes, Bumphead parrotfish, Trevallies and giant trevallies, and spadefish. Napoleon wrasse,, tunas, bonitos, waow, manta rays, mobulas

Seahorses, frogfish, leaffish, scorpionfish, all kinds of butterflyfish, Anthias, Angelfish, etc.

Land-based excursions during your trip

You will discover the incredible landscapes of this area; during our cruise, we will propose you to visit at least one village, a short trek, and many short trips with the dinghies to explore the beaches and other lagoons.

MSY SEAHORSE crew is standing by to welcome you onboard. Safety Briefing, Crew Introduction, Necessary Dive Paperwork, Cabin allocation, and ship orientation will take place before departing. During the first day take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the vessel and make yourself comfortable.

The last dive will be on the penultimate day of the trip. Divers are recommended to wait for 24 hours before flying after the last dive.
