Dive into the heart of the Maldives and explore the spectacular southern atolls, located between 60 and 140 miles south of Malé. This journey traverses five major atolls rich in marine biodiversity and vibrant coral reefs, offering some of the most exhilarating dive experiences in the country.
From manta cleaning stations in Meemu Atoll, to thrilling channel dives with sharks and eagle rays in Felidhu and Nilandhoo Atolls, every day brings a new underwater adventure. Explore untouched reefs, colorful thilas, and hidden gems rarely visited — all while cruising in comfort aboard your liveaboard vessel.
Sample Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival & Check-In
Guests are welcomed on board in Malé between 12:00 and 16:00. After a safety briefing, welcome drink, and equipment check, enjoy a relaxed check dive. The vessel begins cruising toward the first atoll in the evening.
Day 2–10 – Diving & Exploration
Explore the best of the central and southern Maldives as we travel through:
- South Malé & Felidhu Atolls – Stunning channels like Fotteyo Kandu and Miyaru Kandu with reef sharks, barracuda, and vibrant coral walls.
- Nilandhoo Atolls (North & South) – Remote reefs, thilas, and schools of jackfish, eagle rays, and occasional mantas.
- Meemu Atoll – Famous for its manta ray cleaning stations and dramatic reef topography.
- Thaa Atoll – Known for overhangs, large pelagic sightings, and colorful coral gardens.
- Laamu Atoll – Peaceful and pristine, perfect for macro photography and wide-angle reef scenes.
Up to 26 dives are available throughout the trip, including drift dives, night dives, and pinnacle dives. Routes are flexible and guided by weather, currents, and optimal diving conditions.
Day 11 – Check-Out
After an early breakfast, check-out begins at 07:00. Transfers to Malé International Airport or onward travel arrangements conclude the journey.
The last dive will be on the penultimate day of the trip. Divers are recommended to wait for 24 hours before flying after the last dive.
