Embark on a 10-night Heart of the Maldives Adventure to explore the vibrant central atolls that have long captivated divers. The Heart of the Maldives itinerary features a mix of thrilling shark dives, scenic coral gardens, manta cleaning stations, soft coral caves in hues of blue and yellow, lively pinnacles, and renowned whale shark and hammerhead sites. Exhilarating night dives often bring encounters with sharks and mantas, ensuring an unforgettable experience with so much to see.

The 10+ night Heart of the Maldives adventure provides greater flexibility in routing, allowing for exploration further afield with more time to dive. When conditions permit, the itinerary may include Baa Atoll, where from May to October, there is an extraordinary opportunity to snorkel in the UNESCO Hanifaru Lagoon, home to large congregations of mantas and whale sharks.

Sample Itinerary

Day 1

• The crew will transfer guests from the airport or hotel to the ship. A welcome briefing, cabin allocation, and ship orientation will take place before embarking. Guests can familiarize themselves with the vessel, set up their equipment, and get comfortable.
  
  

Day 2-9

• Guests can enjoy 2-3 scheduled dives each day.
  
  

Day 10

• The final day of diving includes 1-2 scheduled dives, followed by sailing back to the harbor.
  
  

Day 11

• After breakfast and check-out, preparations for disembarkation begin. The crew will say goodbye to guests and arrange transfers to the airport, assisting with check-in for onward flights.

The last dive will be on the penultimate day of the trip. Divers are recommended to wait for 24 hours before flying after the last dive.
