Magdalena Bay (Bahia Magdalena) is located on the west coast of the Baja California Peninsula in the state of Baja California Sur. It'a famous for whale watching, especially gray whales, and for its rich marine biodiversity, including bait balls and ocean safaris.
Itinerary Sample
Day 1:
- Boarding in Cabo San Lucas at 6:00 pm.
Day 2:
- 2 dives, including 1 check-in dive in Isla Santa Margarita (USS H-1 or Indiana).
Day 3:
- Bahia Magdalena - Ocean Safari and bait ball, full day with local pangas.
Day 4:
- Bahia Magdalena - Ocean Safari and bait ball, full day with local pangas.
Day 5:
- Bahia Magdalena - Ocean Safari and bait ball, full day with local pangas.
Day 6:
- Navigation to Roca Partida (Revillagigedo).
Day 7:
- 3 to 4 dives in Roca Partida.
Day 8:
- 3 to 4 dives in Roca Partida.
Day 9:
- 3 to 4 dives in Isla Socorro.
Day 10:
- 3 dives in Isla Socorro (Naval inspection).
Day 11:
- 3 to 4 dives in Isla Socorro.
Day 12:
- 3 to 4 dives in Isla Saint Benedicto.
Day 13:
- 3 to 4 dives in Isla Saint Benedicto.
Day 14:
- Navigation to Cabo San Lucas.
Day 15:
- Disembark in Cabo San Lucas at 8:30 am.

The last dive will be on the penultimate day of the trip. Divers are recommended to wait for 24 hours before flying after the last dive.
